Christian Standhardinger led Gilas in scoring with 14 points, while Matthew Wright showed his skills as a playmaker with 13 markers and eight assists.
Vic Manuel continued his stellar showing with 12 points, while Chris Ross chipped in 11. Ross and LA Tenorio combined for 12 dimes.
Gilas led from start to finish, opening with a 7-0 cushion and steadily pulling away from the 2017 silver medalists.
The team relentlessly attacked the paint for 60 points and took advantage of Indonesia's mistakes for 24 points off turnovers.
The Philippines will face Thailand on Tuesday for the gold.
