With the Dubai International Basketball Tournament kicking off next week, Mighty Sports looks to keep the winning momentum going after sweeping the Jones Cup tourney in Taiwan last year.

The Alex and Caesar Wongchuking owned squad is vying for the championship crown after finishing with a bronze medal in this Dubai tilt last outing.

This time, the squad is a mix of imports, veterans, college players and up-and-comers who can run, slash, bang bodies, stretch the floor and make it rain from deep.

Backed by Creative Pacific of Bong Cuevas, Go for Gold, Oriental Group, Discovery Primea, and Gatorade, the team will square off against the Middle East’s strongest ball clubs such as Al Ahli (Libya), Alwathba Sports Club, Al Ittihad (Syria), UAE national team, Alittihad Alexandria Club (UAE), Al Riyadi and Beirut Sports Club (Lebanon).

The tournament will run from January 23, 2020 to February 1, 2020.
