Typhoon Rosita (Yutu) made landfall in Dinapigue, Isabela, at 4 am on Tuesday, October 30.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) announced the landfall in a Facebook post.
The typhoon continues to have maximum winds of 150 km/h and gustiness of up to 185 km/h. It has a diameter of 600 kilometers.
