Designed by Expedio Integrated Marketing Communications, Inc., the logo takes inspiration from the season's theme of "All For More".
According to the official logo's Brand Guidlines, the logo features eight sides that represents the UAAP's eight participating schools. At the heart of the Season 82 logo is the UAAP's official logo.
As further explained by the Brand Guidelines:
"The shape resonates motion through the eight greater than symbols pointed right to represent athleticism’s active nature. The logo also resembles a circle to highlight how each element takes turns in leading the whole."
Season 82, which will be hosted by Ateneo de Manila University, will officially open on September 1st.
The Men's and Women's Basketball Tournaments will tip off on September 4th.
